Reconstruction and modernization of buildings and structures is a complex process at that different technical, organizational, economical, management etc problems are solved.The insurance of accurate and clear cooperation betweeen all participants in execution of this tasks imposes using of modern scientific methods in the area of organiztion and management of construction and by searching of the most appropriate solutions. The task of the course “Management and economic efficiency at reconstruction of buildings and structures” is to give the students knowledge and skills by solving specific problems in organization, management and economics of modernization for different in character and function objects.
