Management of Construction Company

The course considers basic issues of the strategic management of a small/medium construction company: strategic planning, corporate culture, marketing policy. All theoretical questions are reduced to and solved for a particular company, the profile of which being discussed with students at the beginning of the semester. After finishing the course students obtain knowledge on the necessary initial marketing preparation before the establishment of a new company, on the importance of the individual strategic planning components and the role of the corporate culture for the successful operation of the company.
