This subject is composed of two parts: management of a company, and marketing. Students learn about the concept of management. Knowledge is obtained on the basic managerial functions - planning, organizing, motivation, coordination and control. Marketing is regarded as a concept, strategy and policy of the company management under the conditions of a competitive market economy. Students are acquainted with the market policy development, and especially the one related to geodetic products.
