This subject has the goal to give students basic knowledge on the following: types of water resources and their distribution on the Earth and on the territory of Bulgaria; principles of water delivery; priorities in the water delivery management; water resources management with respect to area and time, in terms of meeting water demands and by forecasting water input and output. Probabilistic approaches in water resources management, integrated management and protection of water resources.
