This course aims to introduce to students the design of structures composed of cold-formed members. It is based on the approaches set in Eurocode 3, part 3.1. The course consists of two parts. The first part is devoted to the behaviour of thin-walled frame members subjected to various actions. The second part considers the plane structural members composed of cold-formed metal sheets.
