Students develop in detail statistical and water balance methods implementation in the hydrological studies. They evaluate consecutively: quality of primary hydrological data - discharge rating curves, annual runoff characteristics and seasonal distribution of the runoff, design flood and retention in a reservoir, ecological water discharges, and wind wave characteristics of a reservoir lake.
