The course is aimed to provide knowledge on the main methods for assessment of the bearing structure of existing facilities and ways for strengthening and reconstruction of the elements of the structure. The practical aspect of the course is manifested in the fact that most of the utilities in our country are old and have to be repaired or strengthened.
