This discipline treats the technology of execution of basic processes in the erection of buildings and structures following different building systems. Students acquire also knowledge related to the provision of healthy and safe labour conditions. They get detailed information on the respective Bulgarian and European regulations in the field.

Students are acquainted with the technology of finishing processes and means for provision of high quality and durability in the execution of flooring, plastering, puttying, insulation, cladding, decorative coatings, etc. `

Students study the basic requirements for maintenance of high quality and durability of finishing coverings (plastering, puttying, cladding, flooring, isolation and etc.), of plumbing and sewerage, as an electric and heating installation. Manufacturing Enterprises in Construction Industry - Project Assignment
The project consists of three parts. The first one concerns the production of concrete mixes and building mortars; the second one – production of reinforcement; and the third one – drawing of technological plan of production/technical base servicing the construction.
