This subject acquaints students with the fundamentals of the environmental protection policy and the environmental impact assessment. They gain knowledge on the different stages and techniques for analysis and assessment of economic, social and environmental impacts. Skills are acquired for determination and assessment of problems and impacts, formulation of recommendations, expressing viewpoints as well as an attitude towards the methods of assessment.
