The aim of this discipline is students to gain knowledge in the field of legal/organizational and economic environment of the business in the country. Topics related to management of capital invested in fixed assets, investments in financial and real assets are considered. Besides, analysis and assessment of the investment risk is performed. Sources of financing are studied and the financial status of the commercial companies is estimated. Practical aspects of company management improvement are discussed.
