The assignments are real and reflect current problems. They are selected in a dialogue with the local authorities of historic settlements. Students' spatial thinking at the highest territorial level is developed. The main task of the discipline is to form future specialists capable of creating spatial concepts for the development of a given territory with an emphasis on the cultural resource in its various manifestations. Complementary tasks of the discipline are: acquisition of knowledge for the study of a territory; formation of skills for understanding various documents; knowledge of the practical possibilities of relationship management in the unified historical environment.
