Main objectives of this lecture course are the biological processes and organism types, which are appropriate for purification of wastewater in natural and artificial conditions and reestablishment of environment balance, as well as microbiological aspects of water-aided spreading of contagious diseases and water quality control.
The course is basic for the disciplines “Ecology”, “Municipal and industrial wastewater Treatment”, “Solid waste treatment” and “Wastewater Treatment”.
