The teaching material is structured in two parts:
- Organization of the investment process in construction – nature, main stages, phases and accompanying procedures; participants and organization of their relationships; public commission procedure (competitions in design and tenders in construction); contracts for design and construction;
- Organization of the production of building materials – Organization of construction projects; norms for resource consumption; calendar planning (linear and network charts); temporary construction on the building site; construction and master plan.
