Students will gain managerial knowledge and skills related to company functioning and the role of real estates in reaching the goals and tasks of a company. They will be acquainted with the management of a property portfolio, of an individual asset (individual property) and technical facilities. Solving concrete problems during the exercises, student will learn the main principles of management and test their ability to implement in real conditions the knowledge obtained.
