1. PREPARE YOUR LEARNING AGREEMENT
Fill in your OLA - https://learning-agreement.eu/
The sending institution automatically receives a notification to approve the OLA. The Erasmus coordinators at UACEG will also automatically receive a notification to sign the student's learning agreement for studies. Both institutions must approve the Learning Agreement.
Upload it in PDF format in the UACEG Application Form section.
2. SELECT COURSES
Choose the courses at UACEG which fit into your study profile.

Normally, the full-time student workload per semester is 30 ECTS credit points.
N.B. In case You would like to work on Your Diploma thesis during your exchange period in UACEG, please include it in Your LA before the mobility. Otherwise it would not be possible to proceed it.
3. APPLICATION
Make sure you have your foreign language certificate as a PDF file. Minimum requested level is CEFR English B1
For PhD students only: if you intend to do a thesis project at UACEG, prepare a short summary, describing the field of research before the approval of the LA.

After the submission, your will receive your replies on the e-mail you have provided in the above form. Save it to pdf and send it to us printed and signed by your International Office coordinator at the following e-mail: aceint@uacg.bg
You will receive an ADMISSION LETTER from UACEG after submitting all necessary documents.
4. ACCOMMODATION
Incoming students are offered rooms in the UACEG dormitory. Request for accommodation in the dormitory is included in the online Application Form.

5. BUDDY

6. INSURANCE
According to the Law on Foreigners in Bulgaria, all foreign nationals who are staying in Bulgaria for a short or long period of time or are in transit through the country, depending on the purpose of their trip, are subject to compulsory medical insurance.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate insurance coverage for the travel and mobility period, please check the file Erasmus Students_Visa Regime&Insurance 23-24 attached below.
There are no specific insurance requirements for students at the UACEG.
Highly recommended: European Health Insurance Card or other type of medical insurance.
7. VISA
UACEG will provide assistance, when required, in securing visas for incoming and outgoing students/staff, according to the requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.
