Application

When applying for Erasmus+ mobility, students and PhD students submit the following documents:

 1. Application form: to be completed online.

*To complete the online form, you need to log in to your Google account.

GPA from UACEG is calculated by official means.

Doctoral students submit a copy of the PhD enrolment decision by email to: aceint@uacg.bg.

2. Declaration of consent to the processing of personal data of an individual: to be completed and attached in the relevant section of the above form.

3. Certificate or other document certifying proficiency in a foreign language as required by the partner university. A copy of the document should be attached in the relevant section of the above form.

IMPORTANT: f the students does not have an internationally recognised certificate at the time of the internal application to UACEG, a copy of a secondary school diploma or other document certifying foreign language training of the number of hours required for B1/B2* level (e.g. graduation from a language, mathematics or other high school with intensive foreign language study of at least 600 hours) is acceptable.

In case the host university has a compulsory language certificate requirement, the diploma from a high school with advanced foreign language studies cannot be applied and the applicant will not be qualified for the respective university.

In order to help applicants who do not have the necessary document to certify their language level, the Center for Applied Linguistics at UACEG, together with the CIRM, organises language examinations twice a year: in December and March.

Invitation for this exam is published on the website of UACEG https://uacg.bg/?p=134&l=2

The foreign language knowledge level can be certified by any legitimate language school.
