Incoming Staff Mobility for Teaching or Training

We invite you to our university for an Erasmus+ staff mobility!

The Erasmus+ programme enables academic and non-academic staff to undertake mobility for teaching and/ or learning at partner universities. An inter-institutional agreement between the sending and receiving institution is normally required.
 
Staff mobilities usually last 5 days and may include teaching activities, shared work, seminars or training. They should be mutually beneficial, providing opportunities for professional development, intercultural awareness, exchange of knowledge and best practices, building and strengthening relationships and partnerships. 
If you would like to visit UACEG for staff mobility, you have to apply for Erasmus+ funding through your sending university to cover the costs of travel, accommodation and accommodation.
 
The documents required for incoming staff mobility with Erasmus+ funding are:
  • Invitation from the host university - UACEG. For this purpose, contact the International Office or one of the professors you wish to visit.
  • Staff Teaching/ Training Mobility Agreement stating the exact dates of the mobility and the planned programme of activity - to be signed by the participant and the sending institution. The International Office approves on the part of the receiving institution.
  • Certificate of attendance confirming that the teaching/training programme has been completed - you can bring a form from the sending university, but the Interational Office will also issue a certificate.
