Outgoing Student Mobility for Studies

The Erasmus+ mobility provides students and postgraduate students with the opportunity to undertake a period of study in a foreign higher education institution within one or two semesters, lasting from a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 12 calendar months per academic year.

Students and PhD students apply for Erasmus+ partner countries mobility when calls for applications are launched by the CMDM. They submit their applications and participate in the competitions organised in the semester preceding the academic year in which the mobility will take place.

Those who are approved to participate in the programme are granted Erasmus+ student status. The rights and obligations of Erasmus students are reflected in the Erasmus Student Charter.
 
For the period of study at the Erasmus+ foreign higher education institutions, students do not have to pay: academic (semester) tuition fees at the host university, access to laboratories and use of libraries.
 
According to the rules of the programme, it is permissible to pay small fees at the host university for insurance, participation in student unions, use of auxiliary materials (photocopies, laboratory materials, etc.) on the same basis as they are paid by students at the host university. It is compulsory to take out health insurance for the period of study.
 
Erasmus students remain with unchanged student rights at UACEG. They pay the tuition fee for the respective semester at UACEG and retain their right to a scholarship in case they receive one.

Doctoral students may carry out the mobility for study in connection with the study of courses and the taking of examinations of the doctoral minima included in the individual plan of their doctoral studies at UACEG, or for the preparation of parts of the dissertation.

FUNDING - a monthly grant to the host country and a transport grant.

Outgoing students: €700/month
