The course considers the fundamentals of investment projects implementation: stages and actors in the construction investment process, public procurement procedures and contracts for assignment of design and construction, methods of construction organization, time scheduling (linear and network planning), construction site arrangement, quality control systems in construction and assembly works, operative management and supervision of the building process. Based on the taught course and coursework students become familiar with the independent development of projects.
