Preliminary selected sites (real estates) are visited, observed, and individual specific parameters and independent parts identified. Each group of students should find out the characteristics, factors and the suitable methodology for the real estate valuation by broad indicators. Using the knowledge acquired, students draw up a short valuation report, which is presented, discussed and approved at a discussion session under the guidance of the supervising lecturer.
