Project of an individual area of the urban territory with more complex problems of the urban environment and territory. Special attention is paid to the territorial, communication, functional, volume and spatial, architectural, artistic, social and cultural, ecological and technical and economic problems and their optimum solution in the project. Attention is paid to the specifics of reconstruction of a developed urban environment, as well as to planning of undeveloped sites. More thorough and more concrete from an architectural point of view investigations are made and the community centre of the territory and the public urban spaces are planned.
