Study and systematization of market information for real estates. Applied valuations under the conditions of developed and free market in case of mortgage, credit from banks, insurance, and for tax purposes. Valuation of real estates in case of compulsory requisition. Valuation taking into account ecological factors, easements and limitations. Calculation of indemnifications for owners in case of requisition. Preparation, approval and application of valuation reports for mortgage, compulsory requisition and easements, infrastructural projects, and limited regime of property use.
