Students acquire skills to dimension asphalt-concrete road pavements taking into account the admissible deformation, checking tensile and shear stresses; to design standard and detailed transversal profiles, to calculate earth masses and to align Bruckner polygon. Project contains road drainage plan, hydraulic dimensioning and conceptual design of a culvert.
