Study of preliminary selected suitable real estates by type, location, region, size, condition and development. Identification of basic parameters, characteristics and data for the property in order for methods of valuation for the individual sites and independent parts thereof to be selected and applied. Preparation of valuation report by broad indicators and forming an opinion on a fair market value. Drawing up, finalizing and presentation of the valuation report. Discussions on the developed valuation reports.
